FLOW RAIL | Technical characteristics

In the FLOW RAIL® system, the track and chain system measures 91 mm in height and no precious space is wasted in your shelving. The FLOW RAIL system is recommended for levels holding up to 12 Euro pallets (800mm/pallet in depth). The ideal difference in weight between the individual pallet is max. 10%.
With FLOW RAIL®, the distance between bays (support points) varies according to the weight/pallet.

In the FLOW RAIL® system, the materials used guarantee maximum life and minimum maintenance:
A - Sendzimir galvanised metal plate
B - PA6 side guides that are resistant to low temperatures
C - Extruded aluminium tracks (AlMgSi0.5F22)
D - Roller bearings lubricated for life
E - Aluminium rollers, 105 BH Brinell hardness
F - St 37 precision steel tubes without welding, DIN 2391
